El-Roi Good News Club is a registered non-profit organization focused on impacting children with good
morals, mentorship, career development, educational help, effective health
care programmes and the
Word of God. The group started at Tema Comm. 3, Site C with 3 members in 2015 but currently in 2021, membership is over 300 and mostly
underprevillaged.
It is our way of rescuing them from falling prey to child trafficking, kidnapping, childhood slavery, armed robbery, child prostitution and
other social vices.

Elroi Good News Club meets every Sunday afternoon, under a big Oak tree exposed to the harsh weatherso the community leaders gave us permission to develop the playground.
The desire is to develop a multi-purpose indoor/outdoor playground with Slides, Swings, Mini Basketball court etc ane we nee your support.
The immediate need is to secure the land by fencing it, building a room /shed for storage and a meeting place, buy chairs, tables etc. Currently we rent the chairs every Sunday
School bags, stationary, textbooks, school uniforms, shoes and socks are needed for the less fortunate.
Bibles,literature for moral studies, stationary and other essentials for their craft works and other activities
Periodic health screening and basic health supplies for those who cannot afford thier basic health needs.

Mrs. Deborah Asempa-Antwi has a soft spot for children and was distressed to see them on several occasions idling around anytime she drove through her community in Tema.
Auntie Debbie as affectionately called by the cildren is a professional TV/Film producer with over twenty-two years of experience with the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation.
As much as she loves her career, she has this passion for saving vulnerable children and equipping them to be good citizens.
For this reason, in 2015 she and her husband, Foster, started El Roi Good News Club with 3 children. Currently, in 2022, the numbers have increased to 400 and counting.
